Salad or Bust was started by two educators as a family-owned salad bar on a short school bus in 2018. After parking in front of Ivywild during 2020, we were thrilled to be invited to move inside to our counter space. We focus on colorful presentations of fresh, unique, healthy foods. We serve salads, hoagies, charcuteries, smoothies, acai and several options for desserts. We love to #STAYFRESH and #EATTHERAINBOW.
